Through Hole / Inserting Machine Operator

Nature of Duties:

Must be able to run Axial Insertion Machine VCD Dual Heal Axial Inserter, RI Radial Placement machines and CI Chip Inserter Machines. Will be trained on multiple machines for Set-up and operation of multiple machines and workstations at once. Works with components and full PC board layouts for final product. 

• Works from process sheets or written instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks
• Checks and inspects operation against predetermined tolerances.
• Follow all Company Safety and ESD Program requirements. Responsible to report all accidents, near misses, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
• Properly handle and dispose all waste, including hazardous wastes that are generated in daily operations as directed by applicable SOP(s).
• Checks and inspects operation against predetermined tolerances.

Education and Experience:

• High School or GED
